Zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, spinach, muffalleta olives, smoked Gouda, wrapped in a tortilla and grilled. Intensely floral aromas of citrus and peach with nice acidity and a full mouth feel. Bright red fruit flavors define the palate with fresh acidity. The restaurant was run by the two Albanese sisters and served the best spaghetti sauce in Milwaukee.
